NorthShore Rugby is excited to offer K-2nd Grade Tag and 3rd-5th Grade Flag Youth Rugby Leagues! These two leagues will be held together but separated by age groups. This is to ensure everyone enjoys their rugby experience! We ask that 5th graders ready for full contact rugby check out our Middle School Teams. If you are unsure if your 5th grader is ready for full contact rugby, please sign them up for this league, and contact us directly to discuss preparedness evaluation.

*availability subject to final registration numbers as of 2/15/2026. If registration minimums for a league are not met refunds will be sent out by the end of February.

Experience:
Players do not need to know anything about rugby to participate! The game will be learned over the course of the four sessions.

What we do:
In four rugby sessions, participants will take part in a short warm-up, a drill/activity and finish with a tag or flag rugby game, culminating in a Tag or Flag Rugby Tournament Finale.

Season:

March 5th-26th (Thursday Nights)
6pm-7pm

- Two Harbors/ Silver Bay Leagues:

Equipment Needed:
- Shorts
- Shoes (tennis shoes, gym shoes, indoor-soccer shoes, NO-CLEATS)
- A NorthShore Youth Rugby T-Shirt will be provided to each participant to act as their jersey that they get to keep at the end!
