NorthShore Rugby is excited to offer K-2nd Grade Tag and 3rd-5th Grade Flag Youth Rugby Leagues! These two leagues will be held together but separated by age groups to ensure everyone enjoys their rugby experience! We ask that 5th graders ready for full contact rugby check out our 5th/6th grade Middle School Team. If you are unsure if your 5th grader is ready for full contact rugby, please sign them up for this league, and contact us directly to discuss preparedness evaluation.

Coaches:
At Twin Ports, all our coaches are SafeSport, Rugby Ready, Rugby Safety, and Concussion Management certified, as well as background checked by USA Rugby. We also have more than a dozen combined World Rugby Level 0 and Level 1 coaches in our club that will help make sure your athlete has maximum fun while staying safe and learning our great sport!

Experience:
Players do not need to know anything about rugby to participate! The game will be learned over the course of the four sessions.

What we do:
In four rugby sessions, participants will take part in a short warm-up, a drill/activity and finish with a tag or flag rugby game, culminating in a Tag or Flag Rugby Tournament Finale. Our focus is on the safety of each athlete and ensuring they have fun while developing a love for this great sport!

March 5th-26th (Thursday Nights)
6pm-7pm

- Two Harbors/ Silver Bay:
March 2nd-30th (Monday Nights)
5pm-6pm

Equipment Needed:
- Shorts or athletic wear bottoms.
- Shoes (tennis shoes, gym shoes, indoor-soccer shoes, NO-CLEATS)
- A NorthShore Youth Rugby T-Shirt will be provided to each participant to act as their jersey that they get to keep at the end!
